K Ryan Parker is an assistant director and SAG-eligible actor based in Raleigh, NC.

Ryan works on projects throughout the southeastern US and has a passion for the creative process. When he is wearing the "assistant director" hat, he brings 25 years of experience to every production. Planning, organization and communication are the hallmarks of his trade. From pre-production scheduling to "running the set", Ryan brings a level of professionalism that is unparalleled. The hundreds of hours of work he does behind the scenes, end up shining through on screen. When he isn't planning shooting schedules and wrangling extras, he enjoys playing guitar and mandolin. When he has the time, you will find him running adventures for his Dungeons and Dragons group, which have been playing together since 1989. He lives in Raleigh with his wife Rosanne and their two cats Bob and Roy.

Nykolas Zollbrecht, 1st A.D.

Born in Binghamton, NY, Nykolas Zollbrecht is an emerging first assistant director based in Durham, NC who now currently works on short films and music videos alike. Hoping to someday transition into feature length productions, he is now a core part of the HarLau team, having collaborated with Paula Lauzon on three projects which garnered both critical attention and success among online audience members.

Rebecca Kirsh, Video Editor

Rebecca Kirsh has been passionate about making movies from a young age. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Video Production from UNC Greensboro and has written, directed, filmed, and edited her own short films in addition to corporate videos for

Rebecca Kirsh has been passionate about making movies from a young age. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Video Production from UNC Greensboro and has written, directed, filmed, and edited her own short films in addition to corporate videos for clients. 

Rebecca has a strong background in Broadcast media, both in production and post-production.  She worked on the crew for the reality TV shows "The X Factor" and "America's Got Talent" and has edited numerous TV spots.

In 2015, Rebecca landed her first full-time job as a Video Editor for All Pro Media, which primarily produces TV commercials and industrial videos. In 2016, she became a full-time Videographer and Video Editor at Camco Manufacturing, which produces web commercials.

In 2021, she co-directed her short film “Love and Lust” with Paula Lauzon. Rebecca is now thrilled to be Video Editor for HarLau Productions!

Isaac March, Unit Production Manager

Isaac March is a Unit Production Manager currently based in Augusta, GA.

When it comes to the artistic, technical and logistic aspects of film, Isaac is firmly planted in the logistics and production planning facets of film. He enjoys ensuring his fellow filmmakers receive the support needed, not only for the success of the film, but also to allow those filmmakers to bloom within their positions. Isaac has earned three associates degrees in diverse fields: Arabic-Levantine; Intelligence Studies and Technology; and Aviation Maintenance Technology.
Coupled with his experience on set and 10 years of active-duty service, he has very diverse work experience with the not-so-rare work ethic that is instilled in many military professionals.

Anthony Varon, Producer

Anthony Varon is an up and coming film producer and writer and a Certified Drone Operator.

He has been in the film industry in Los Angeles for about 8 years now. He has worked on many projects including several 168 Film Competition projects. He was nominated for Best Co-Producer on his short film "I AM". He also has worked on music videos, documentaries, feature films, as well as short films. He currently resides in North Carolina where he is co-owner of a drone video company. He uses his skills to help fight human trafficking and reach out across all lines to create projects that edify and encourage people. He is always looking for opportunities to produce or just be a part of a project to help people out.

Germona Sharp, Script Supervisor

Germôna Sharp (She/Her) is a vocalist, actress and writer originally from Pittsburgh, PA and currently resides in Raleigh, NC. She has appeared in many film and theatre productions around the area such as Blood Done Sign My Name, Sister Act: The Musical, Caroline, or Change: The Musical, Until The Flood and many more. As a writer she contributes to CL&S critiquing community and regional theatre productions and television specials like "Black Is King". She also writes for BeingBrownLLC.com, where she calls attention to Black mental health, Black mobility, and the overall Black experience. 

Michelle Taylor, Production Coordinator

Michelle is an actress and singer originally from the Triangle Region of North Carolina.

She has performance experience and an extremely strong presence behind the camera as well.
She has worked as a production coordinator, a production assistant, as well as a boom mic operator. She has been featured in plays, musicals, operas, and independent films. Michelle’s most recent work was in front of and behind the camera for the short film, “One-Leg” and a web-series entitled, “Camisado: The Event Series.”
Michelle has a wealth of hiking experience as she graduated from Appalachian State University and spent much of her free time hiking the trails in that region. She is also Adaptable to last minute changes having worked on various sets. Michelle loves watching and working on thrillers, comedies, and dramas, however, documentaries are her favorite. She spends most of her free time watching multi-episode documentaries or true crime docu-series, such as Unsolved Mysteries, The Confession Tapes, and her current favorite, The Innocence Files. In college, Michelle shot and edited two different short format documentaries for her film classes and hopes to continue to gain experience within this genre.

Rebecca Williams, Production Assistant

Rebecca Williams is a Production Assistant with a Bachelor's Degree in Film Studies from North Carolina State University. She has a background in theatre filling various roles including Director's Assistant, Stage Manager and Actor. Rebecca believes in the magic and importance of storytelling and looks forward to expanding her knowledge and experience. She is thrilled to assist other creatives in transforming their visions into reality.
